The renter must be 21 or older with a valid ID and credit card to make a reservation.

Our standard rental time is 6 hours. Delivery and set up are outside of this timeframe.

When you submit your request, please include the desired rental date and time needed. We will provide you with the exact cost if it exceeds 6 hours.

We normally deliver the rentals a minimum of 2 hours in advance of your rental start time. For example, if your party begins at 6pm, we will plan to deliver the rentals by 4pm to ensure time for set up. We will pick up the rentals at the end of the 6 hour rental. Special requests should be submitted when the order is placed. Due to weather, traffic or other unseen variables, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery or pick up times, but will make our best efforts.

We clean and disinfect all LED furniture before each rental.

All orders require a 25% Non Refundable deposit. If the cancellation is made within fourteen days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited. In the event a cancellation is received more than fourteen days of the scheduled event, your deposit will be applied in full towards a rescheduled reservation with us if used within a year of the cancellation date. Renter must make cancellations in writing and a written confirmation response must be received from Get Lit Party Rentals to confirm the cancellation.

If damage occurs you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement cost for the damaged item(s) which can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. Upon delivery, all items will be reviewed for cosmetic damage and the light pod(s) will be tested with the renter to confirm the current condition/funtionality of the rentals. Any issues or pre-existing damage should be addressed at that time. From the time we deliver the rentals to the time we pick up the rentals, the rentals are the renter's responsibility.

When we pick up the unit, we will assess the condition of the unit. If the furniture is found to be excessively dirty (such as food, excessive dirt/mud, oil, soap, foam, etc.) when we arrive, we will charge a cleaning fee. Additionally, DO NOT ALLOW SILLY STRING, Body Paint, Glitter or Confetti in/on, or near our rentals. The chemicals in Silly String and Body Paint will ruin/stain the plastic on our units; the damage is not repairable/removeable. Glitter will get on our units and it is nearly impossible to get off. Our units cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. If there is any irreversible damage, the renter will be responsible for a cleaning fee or replacement cost of the unit. No pets allowed on units-their claws will damage the unit and the lessee will be liable for replacement cost of any damaged units.

The LED furniture is made out of a type plastic, so they are water proof. However, the LED lighting unit, normally found on the bottom of the furniture is not completely water proof. Furniture should not be placed in puddles or in areas where the base of the furniture could be submerged in water. Should that occur, renter will be responsible for the replacement cost of the LED light pod(s).

No. We do not provide cords with our rentals. Keeping the furniture plugged in causes a safety/tripping hazard. All LED lighting units will be pre-charged. We will test all rentals during set up to ensure they are all operating as expected.

All our LED rentals are remote control operated. We will provide remote controls with the rentals. You can choose from white to many colors on the spectrum. You can also choose from a variety of modes including flashing, fade, strobe, etc. See Operating LED Furniture for more details.
